The world of Captain Cecil’s is one born out of a passion for specialty coffee, a passion for the sea, and a desire to express a certain element of “story telling” through our offerings. You could say It has become an outlet for us, as a way to create carefully crafted and sourced coffees, while conveying, through them, that love for the sea and everything it beholds. Myself and Cecil (golden retriever pictured here), invite you to submerge yourself within our world. Not just for the coffee, but to perhaps find a relatability within it, and to share the same passions and loves that continue to build this place. As always, “If we are to be submerged, let us be submerged together.”
